I lead my team in assisting members in purchasing the right tyres for their vehicles. I train my team to be able to answer member queries professionally..
My staff are all trained by Michelin, who supply our tyre range.
I also ensure that the tyre sales area is always kept clean and tidy. I expect high standards within my department as this is what truly delights our members.
My shifts vary as to the needs of the business, my shifts can start from as early as 8.00am, but on occasions I can be on a later shift, finishing at 9.30pm
