I lead my team in stocking and maintaining the sales floor. I look after the scheduling of staff, their training and welfare. I also work with the warehouse management team in planning the merchandising of the floor, especially as we get so many new items delivered every day.
The most important aspect of my role is to ensure that our members are always offered the best quality product in the best condition possible. My team understand the importance of correct product handling & display policies.
Generally, my shift starts at 5.00am, but on occasions I can be on a later shift, finishing at 9.30pm.
