I ensure that all deliveries to the warehouse are handled efficiently and accurately. We get a lot of exciting new products in every day and my team and I ensure that the merchandising team are made aware of these as soon as they arrive.
I am responsible for the security and safety of the receiving area, and as a result I spend a lot of my day training and developing my team on these aspects of their role.
Generally, my shift starts at 5.00am, but on occasions I can be on a later shift, finishing at 9.30pm.
