I support the Optometrist and the optical team in ensuring that we always offer our members the highest quality frames, lenses and contact lenses at great prices.
My role primarily is training my team in product knowledge and great member service. I also personally deal with any member queries until they are resolved.
My shifts vary as to the needs of the business, my shifts can start from as early as 8.00am, but on occasions I can be on a later shift, finishing at 9.30pm
