My role is to lead my team in stocking and maintaining a fresh food department. I look after the scheduling of staff, their training and welfare.
The most important aspect of my role is to ensure that our members are always offered the best quality product in the best condition possible. Therefore I have to ensure that my team understand the importance of correct product handling & display policies.
Generally, my shift starts at 5.00am, but on occasions I can be on a later shift, finishing at 9.30pm.
